Pero este martes, en una audiencia en la Ciudad Judicial, el estado provincial no acord\u00f3 con la demanda de la paciente.<\/p>\n<p>El estado provincial no acord\u00f3 el martes con una paciente que present\u00f3 un amparo para que se le garantice la provisi\u00f3n de cannabis medicinal y se le permita el autocultivo. La audiencia fue convocada por un Juzgado en lo Civil y Comercial de Santa Rosa, en base a una demanda civil al Estado provincial.<\/p>\n<p>La demandante, Elba Edith Guevara estuvo representada por el defensor oficial Mart\u00edn Garc\u00eda Ongaro y la defensora Dorila Romero. En la audiencia tambi\u00e9n estuvo el defensor general, Eduardo Aguirre. El pedido se viene tramitando formalmente como un amparo y el juzgado interviniente fij\u00f3 audiencia para instar a una posibilidad de acuerdo o conciliaci\u00f3n entre las partes.
