width: 320px; height: 100px;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7250018434179914\" data-ad-slot=\"1040343543\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\n\u201cLa Provincia otorga a los Municipios un aporte no reintegrable de $400.000 por cada vivienda nueva y los intendentes destinan otro monto en base al proyecto elaborado por el municipio, que determinar\u00e1 el valor total de la vivienda\u201d, record\u00f3 el presidente del IPAV.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el intendente de Monte Nievas, V\u00edctor Wilberger, coment\u00f3 que la localidad tiene una demanda habitacional de 15 inscriptos, \u201csi bien tenemos ese faltante, hay veces que las obras se realizan de acuerdo al presupuesto y econom\u00eda de cada municipio, adem\u00e1s por la cantidad de terrenos que podemos llegar a tener disponibles para la construcci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHoy tenemos un terreno disponible de 20 metros de frente, lo subdividimos para hacer estas 2 viviendas que nos otorga el Gobierno, sostuvo Wilberger y agreg\u00f3 que ya est\u00e1 hecha la compra de otro terreno en donde entrar\u00edan 2 casas m\u00e1s;
