El suministro de agua se redujo a Santa Rosa y las localidades interconectadas por una p\u00e9rdida y el Acueducto del R\u00edo Colorado opera con 21 pozos.<\/p>\n<p>Las autoridades comunicaron que se ha perdido comunicaci\u00f3n con la planta potabilizadora por un corte en la fibra \u00f3ptica.
