Fue acusado de matar a golpes a su t\u00edo el pasado 10 de enero en Villa Germinal.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Tribunal le impuso hoy una pena de 12 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a Cabral y le mantuvo la prisi\u00f3n preventiva hasta tanto el fallo quede firme. La Fiscal\u00eda hab\u00eda pedido 14 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Cabral estaba acusado de matar a golpes a su t\u00edo Hugo Cabrera el pasado 10 de enero en Villa Germinal, despu\u00e9s de una fiesta familiar.<\/p>\n<p>Para el fiscal no hab\u00eda dudas de que Cabral pretendi\u00f3 matar a su t\u00edo.
