A su vez pidi\u00f3 2 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n (pena atemporal) para P\u00e9rez Barreiro por encubrimiento al comprar la moto robada a la v\u00edctima a un precio irrisorio.<br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- Publi m\u00f3vil interior nota --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 320px; height: 100px;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7250018434179914\" data-ad-slot=\"1040343543\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p>Martin\u00ed evalu\u00f3 que el hecho est\u00e1 probado y pidi\u00f3 la condena por homicidio calificado para Santill\u00e1n y por encubrimiento doloso para P\u00e9rez Barreiro.<\/p>\n<p>Aldo Fuentes fue asesinado con un hacha mientras dorm\u00eda en su domicilio de la calle Neveu esquina Luther King. El acusado ingres\u00f3 en ocasi\u00f3n de robo y se presupone que Fuentes habl\u00f3 dormido, lo que gener\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de Santill\u00e1n de atacarlo.<\/p>\n<p>Los encargados de buscar justicia son los jueces Gast\u00f3n Boulenaz, Daniel Saez Zamora y Flavia Ongaro.
