Pasaron a\u00f1os de mucho trabajo y de un esfuerzo enorme para instalar en el Parlamento Nacional una agenda legislativa que tenga como prioridad los temas que ocupan y preocupan a los pampeanos y luchar por un federalismo verdadero, tangible y sostenible\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Kroneberger dio a conocer el balance de su gesti\u00f3n, ratificando el compromiso asumido de \u201cencarnar los ideales y valores de mi provincia y velar por los intereses de sus ciudadanos. Fue una experiencia extraordinaria en la que me sent\u00ed muy honrado por representar a los pampeanos en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados de La Naci\u00f3n. Fue muy provechosa la labor realizada, y sin la colaboraci\u00f3n de Intendentes, Concejales, Asociaciones intermedias, Colegios Profesionales, ONG, Universidad, legisladores provinciales, militantes pol\u00edticos, no hubi\u00e9semos podido junto a mi equipo de trabajo, desarrollar la labor legislativa, poniendo \u00e9nfasis en los temas que ocupan y preocupan a los pampeanos\u201d.<br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- Publi m\u00f3vil interior nota --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 320px; height: 100px;\" data-ad-slot=\"1040343543\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7250018434179914\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p>Continu\u00f3 expresando que \u201cEs hora de rendir cuentas y es por eso que ofrezco este informe que contiene, quiz\u00e1s, lo m\u00e1s trascendental de mi tarea en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados de la Naci\u00f3n. Seguramente ser\u00eda imposible poder resumir el inmenso trabajo que realizamos en estos a\u00f1os, no solo dentro del Congreso sino tambi\u00e9n fuera de \u00e9l, con los ciudadanos, las instituciones, los municipios\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUno de mis objetivos fue ejercer una gesti\u00f3n legislativa abierta, que hable con La verdad, que pida opini\u00f3n a los distintos especialistas, que escuche a la ciudadan\u00eda y en funci\u00f3n de eso, tomar las mejores decisiones\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que \u201cal trabajo legislativo se le suma una intensa actividad que llev\u00e9 adelante acompa\u00f1ando las necesidades de distintos sectores de la provincia y de sus habitantes. Mi responsabilidad con la ciudadan\u00eda no solo son mis acciones como legislador, sino estar en permanente contacto con las personas que represento\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Precis\u00f3 que \u201crendir cuentas fortalece nuestro sistema democr\u00e1tico, siempre priorizando los inter\u00e9s de nuestra provincia, por encima de las banderas partidarias. Nuestro despacho siempre estuvo abierto a recibir a quienes quieran aportar ideas o realizar consultas vinculadas con temas de inter\u00e9s personal o comunitario\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Dio a conocer algunos proyectos de su autor\u00eda que se aprobaron en el recinto:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SOLICITAR AL PODER EJECUTIVO DISPONGA LAS MEDIDAS NECESARIAS PARA HOMOLOGAR EL DECRETO 4422\/19 DE LA PROVINCIA DE LA PAMPA, QUE DECLARA LA EMERGENCIA O DESASTRE AGROPECUARIO POR SEQUIA, Y OTRAS CUESTIONES CONEXAS.<\/li>\n<li>CNRT -. CREACION DE UNA DELEGACION EN LA PROVINCIA DE LA PAMPA<\/li>\n<li>EXTINCION DE DOMINIO: DEVOLVER AL ESTADO LO ROBADO POR LOS FUNCIONARIOS P\u00daBLICOS, YA TIENE MEDIA SANCION EN DIPUTADOS, FALTA EL SENADO<\/li>\n<li>GESTI\u00d3N Y PROYECTO PARA QUE SE CUMPLA LA LEY 27.209 DE IMPUESTOS SOBRE LOS COMBUSTIBLES L\u00cdQUIDOS Y EL GAS NATURAL SANCIONADA EN 2015 \u201cESTABLECI\u00d3 UNA REDUCCI\u00d3N APROXIMADA DEL 22% EN LAS NAFTAS Y 12% EN EL GASOIL A TRAV\u00c9S DE LA MODIFICACI\u00d3N DEL IMPUESTO A LA TRANSFERENCIA DE LOS COMBUSTIBLES (ITC). QUE LA PAMPA SIGUIERA MANTENIENDO DICHO DERECHO.<\/li>\n<li>LA LEY 27306 QUE DECLARA \u201cDE INTER\u00c9S NACIONAL EL ABORDAJE INTEGRAL E INTERDISCIPLINARIO DE LOS SUJETOS CON DIFICULTADES ESPEC\u00cdFICAS DEL APRENDIZAJE (DEA)\u201d, M\u00c1S CONOCIDA COMO LEY DE DISLEXIA.<\/li>\n<li>INCORPORACI\u00d3N DE MANERA PERMANENTE EN LOS PRESUPUESTOS REFERIDOS A LOS ARREGLOS, MEJORAS DE LAS RUTAS NACIONALES PAMPEANAS<\/li>\n<li>INCORPORAR EL SERVICO DE TRANSPORTE AEREO SANTA ROSA-BUENOS AIRES<\/li>\n<li>AVANCES SIGNIFICATIVOS DEL SERVICIO DE TRANSPORTE AEREO GRAL PICO-BUENOS AIRES<\/li>\n<li>LEY DE TROMBOFILIA, VETADA POR MAURICIO MACRI<\/li>\n<li>REGISTRO DE ELECTRODEPENDIENTES POR CUESTIONES DE SALUD QUE CONTEMPLA LA LEY 27.351 DE GRATUIDAD DE TARIFAS DEL SERVICIO EL\u00c9CTRICO PARA USUARIOS ELECTRODEPENDIENTES.<\/li>\n<li>ESTABLECESE CON CARACTER DE FIESTA NACIONAL A LA \u00abFIESTA PROVINCIAL DE LA SAL\u00bb, QUE SE REALIZA CADA A\u00d1O EN LA LOCALIDAD DE GENERAL SAN MARTIN, PROVINCIA DE LA PAMPA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n dio a conocer otros proyectos que present\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CREACION DEL PROGRAMA NACIONAL DE ASISTENCIA INTEGRAL DE LAS PERSONAS QUE PADECEN EL TRASTORNO POR DEFICIT DE ATENCION &#8211; TDAH &#8211; CON O SIN HIPERACTIVIDAD &#8211; TDA -.<\/li>\n<li>SOLICITAR AL PODER EJECUTIVO DISPONGA LAS MEDIDAS NECESARIAS PARA LOGRAR LA REACTIVACION INTEGRAL DEL SISTEMA FERROVIARIO EN LA PROVINCIA DE LA PAMPA. (ESTE PROYECTO FUE APROBADO RECIENTEMENTE POR LA COMISI\u00d3N DE TRANSPORTE)<\/li>\n<li>VARIOS PROYECTOS VINCULADOS AL MEJORAMIENTO DE RUTAS EN LA PROVINCIA, DE PREVENCION DE INCENDIOS, DE ASISTENCIA DE LA NACION A LA PROVINCIA PARA PALIAR LOS DA\u00d1OS DE LAS INUNDACIONES E INCENDIOS. TAMBIEN LA DECLARACION DE LA EMERGENCIA AGROPECUARIA<\/li>\n<li>TAMBIEN VARIOS VINCULADOS A LA OPERATIVIDAD Y FRECUENCIA DE LOS VUELOS A DISTINTAS LOCALIDADES DE LA PAMPA Y DE LOS AEROPUERTOS<\/li>\n<li>MODIFICACION DEL CODIGO PENAL PARA QUE LOS DELITOS DE CORRUPCION SEAN IMPRESCRIPTIBLES. ESTO PARA QUE LOS FUNCIONARIOS CORRUPTOS NO SE AMPAREN EN EL PASO DEL TIEMPO PARA EVITAR LA ACCION DE LA JUSTICIA.
