El 9 de marzo habr\u00e1 otra ronda de testigos y se dar\u00e1 paso a los alegatos. Familiares, amigos e integrantes de la Fundaci\u00f3n Estrellas Amarillas pidieron ayer justicia y una condena ejemplar, de cumplimiento efectivo contra Hotz.<\/p>\n<p>La fiscala Mar\u00eda Cecilia Martin\u00ed, le imput\u00f3 a Hotz -un martillero de 31 a\u00f1os- el delito de homicidio culposo agravado por la conducci\u00f3n imprudente, negligente y antirreglamentaria de un veh\u00edculo con motor; por conducir excediendo en 30 kil\u00f3metros la velocidad m\u00e1xima permitida y por ser m\u00e1s de una las v\u00edctimas fatales.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-211022\" src=\"http:\/\/www.planbnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/hotrz-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.planbnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/hotrz-2.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/www.planbnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/hotrz-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.planbnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/hotrz-2-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.planbnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/hotrz-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.planbnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/hotrz-2-1170x780.jpg 1170w, https:\/\/www.planbnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/hotrz-2-585x390.jpg 585w, https:\/\/www.planbnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/hotrz-2-263x175.jpg 263w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El querellante particular, Jos\u00e9 Mario Aguerrido, le a\u00f1adi\u00f3 a esa calificaci\u00f3n como agravante el haber conducido con culpa temeraria.<\/p>\n<p>En el juicio, Hotz ser\u00e1 representado por los defensores particulares Jorge Gabriel Salamone y Marcelo Steinbauer, mientras que Aguerrido actuar\u00e1 como querellante en nombre de M\u00f3nica Siderac y Ra\u00fal Eloy Palacio (padres de Franco y Daiana Palacio), Horacio Roberto Abascal y Fabiana Alejandra Oses (padres de Guadalupe Abascal); Nicol\u00e1s Rossotto (padre de Isabella Rossotto) y Romina Vanesa Janiel Diez (madre de Franco Palacio), y otro abogado particular, Juan Eduardo Ravinale, lo har\u00e1 por D\u00e9bora Daiana Jorgelina N\u00fa\u00f1ez (madre de Gonzalo Palacio).<\/p>\n<p>Desde el inicio del proceso, a Hotz se le prohibi\u00f3 la salida del pa\u00eds sin autorizaci\u00f3n y se lo inhabilit\u00f3 provisoriamente para conducir \u201ctodo tipo de veh\u00edculo automotor\u201d hasta la finalizaci\u00f3n de la causa.
