EN VIVO POR PLAN B.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El juez formaliz\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles la investigaci\u00f3n preliminar contra los polic\u00edas Fernando Safenreider y Norberto Garc\u00eda por el delito de homicidio doblemente agravado en concurso real con delito de lesiones leves agravadas por el crimen del cazador piquense H\u00e9ctor Santiago Garialdi, ocurrido el domingo a la noche en la zona rural de Lonquimay.<\/p>\n<p>El magistrado les dict\u00f3 una prisi\u00f3n preventiva hasta la finalizaci\u00f3n del proceso. Tambi\u00e9n pidi\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva para los polic\u00edas hasta que finalice el proceso.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, el defensor, Jos\u00e9 Mario Aguerrido, pidi\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria para los acusados.<\/p>\n<p>La Justicia pampeana formaliza este mi\u00e9rcoles la acusaci\u00f3n por \u201chomicidio agravado\u201d contra los dos polic\u00edas que les dispararon el domingo a unos cazadores en la zona rural de Lonquimay y mataron al piquense H\u00e9ctor Santiago Garialdi (38).<\/p>\n<p>Ahora, las pericias deben determinar de qu\u00e9 pistola sali\u00f3 el tiro mortal que recibi\u00f3 la v\u00edctima en la cabeza. Ayer\u00a0\u00a0los uniformados se negaron a declarar frente a la fiscala Cecilia Martini.
