El local gastron\u00f3mico est\u00e1 a cargo de Diego y Daniel Acosta.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los clientes que estaban cenando tuvieron que apurar su comida y retirarse del lugar.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">El comerciante discuti\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n municipal porque present\u00f3 un recurso en la justicia para que no se produjera la clausura.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Exhibi\u00f3 un escrito firmado por la j<strong>ueza sustituta Ana Lis Palacio<\/strong> que dispuso librar un oficio <strong>\u201ca fin de que tome conocimiento de la medida de PROHIBICI\u00d3N DE INNOVAR decretada respecto del inmueble objeto del presente desalojo, dej\u00e1ndose sin efecto la clausura preventiva hasta tanto se resuelva la presente\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Consultado por el escrito judicial, Alejando Haberkon, a cargo del operativo, dijo que <strong>\u201ceso no fue notificado a la municipalidad.\u201d y a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u201cyo tengo la orden del juez de clausura\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-278587\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planbnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/0_IMG-20210731-WA0007.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"1280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.planbnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/0_IMG-20210731-WA0007.jpg 720w, https:\/\/www.planbnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/0_IMG-20210731-WA0007-169x300.jpg 169w, https:\/\/www.planbnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/0_IMG-20210731-WA0007-576x1024.jpg 576w, https:\/\/www.planbnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/0_IMG-20210731-WA0007-585x1040.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Reiter\u00f3 que \u201cya estaba clausurado y rompieron la faja para poder trabajar, pero no se puede.
