Las primeras pericias arrojaron que el ni\u00f1o era v\u00edctima de golpes y malos tratos. Tambi\u00e9n se supo que su padre reclam\u00f3 el accionar judicial sin obtener la respuesta deseada.<br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- Publi m\u00f3vil interior nota --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 320px; height: 100px;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7250018434179914\" data-ad-slot=\"1040343543\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p>Frente a este hecho, el muralista Juan Manuel Gim\u00e9nez escribi\u00f3 en su cuenta de Facebook que \u201cHoy es un d\u00eda muy triste para La Pampa asesinaron a un ni\u00f1o de 5 a\u00f1os\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Continu\u00f3 indicando que \u201cLo asesinaron a golpes. Lo asesinaron por la inacci\u00f3n del Estado y el poder Judicial. Lo asesinaron con el silencio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente se pregunt\u00f3 \u201c\u00bfNadie pudo hacer nada?\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Tras estas palabras comparti\u00f3 una foto de un mural del menor que lo pint\u00f3 en una madera que tiene en su casa: \u201cmucho dolor con este caso que nos conmueve a todos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que hace unas semanas, Gimenez pint\u00f3 el mural\u00a0 en la esquina de las calles Lagos y Oliver, que conmemora el 8 de noviembre, fecha que se celebra el D\u00eda Nacional de la Cultura Afroargentina.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Juan Manuel Gim\u00e9nez pint\u00f3 un mural en homenaje a Lucio Dupuy, el ni\u00f1o que muri\u00f3 asesinado el viernes en Santa Rosa: \u201ces un d\u00eda muy triste para La Pampa\u201d.
