Fue llevado a juicio este a\u00f1o por primera vez.<\/p>\n<p>En este tercer proceso son juzgados Luis Enrique Baraldini, Jorge de Bartolo y Carlos Alberto Reinhart quienes actuaron en La Pampa en el marco del terrorismo de estado en la Subzona 1.4<br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- Publi m\u00f3vil interior nota --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 320px; height: 100px;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7250018434179914\" data-ad-slot=\"1040343543\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p>La fiscala Iara Silvestre solicit\u00f3 al Tribunal Oral Federal que condene a Baraldini, De Bartolo a 25 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y a Reinhart a 22 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, y que los delitos sean calificados como genocidio. Tambi\u00e9n pidi\u00f3 que se\u00f1ale que los delitos sexuales constituyen violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que hace unos d\u00edas, la fiscala hab\u00eda se\u00f1alado que \u201cEn el caso de De Bartolo, present\u00f3 los certificados y una consulta al Sanatorio Otamendi donde est\u00e1 internado en Terapia Intensiva, pero entiendo que el tribunal dispondr\u00e1 de medidas para corroborar esto y certificar su estado de salud real\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este lunes a la tarde se conoci\u00f3 la muerte del militar Jorge Omar De B\u00e1rtolo, qui\u00e9n era juzgado en el marco del tercer juicio a los represores pampeanos.
