Hay que no est\u00e1 correctamente registrada, otra que no est\u00e1 directamente registrada, no se pagan aportes. Hemos hecho varios reclamos y al no tener respuesta, vinimos a hacer esta protesta\u201d, cont\u00f3 el secretario de Relaciones Laborales del CEC, Roberto Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cReci\u00e9n vino con su abogado y ahora dictaron conciliaci\u00f3n obligatoria. Ya hubo otras dos audiencias previas en relaciones laborales, pero ellos no se presentaron. La empresa tiene la casa Docker, Red Cross y Street\u201d, enumer\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que \u201cel maltrato laboral se da cuando te recriminan, te tratan mal, te dicen in\u00fatil, eso es maltrato laboral. Hay otros comercios donde ocurre esto de la falta de registraci\u00f3n laboral de los empleados, pero se hace el reclamo y por lo general se arregla\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAc\u00e1 se hizo el reclamo, hace dos a\u00f1os que se viene con esta situaci\u00f3n y al no tener respuesta, hicimos la protesta.
