El hecho ocurri\u00f3 en una peque\u00f1a localidad del sur provincial.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><!-- Publi m\u00f3vil interior nota --><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><script><\/p>\n<p>(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});<\/p>\n<p><\/script><\/p>\n<p>El fallo fue suscripto por la jueza de control de General Acha, Laura Moscoso Mendieta, quien homolog\u00f3 un acuerdo de juicio abreviado firmado por el fiscal Juan Bautista M\u00e9ndez, el defensor oficial Marco Mezzasalma y la imputada, una mujer de 48 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>La denuncia fue promovida por el padre del menor y, con las pruebas reunidas en el legajo penal, qued\u00f3 acreditado que la progenitora \u201cagredi\u00f3 f\u00edsicamente con un cinto a su hijo, ocasion\u00e1ndole lesiones leves\u201d que fueron constatadas por una m\u00e9dica (hematomas en el brazo izquierdo y la espalda y escoriaciones).<\/p>\n<p>La mujer fue condenada como autora del delito de lesiones leves agravadas por el v\u00ednculo materno-filial y, adem\u00e1s, se le impuso el cumplimiento de reglas de conducta por dos a\u00f1os (fijar residencia, someterse al cuidado del Ente de Pol\u00edticas Socializadoras, abstenerse de usar estupefacientes y de abusar de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, y realizar un tratamiento psicol\u00f3gico).\u200b<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una madre fue condenada hoy a seis meses de prisi\u00f3n en suspenso por agredir con un cintur\u00f3n a su hijo de 10 a\u00f1os y ocasionarle lesiones.
