C\u00faneo Libarona, adelant\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles en Mendoza que el Gobierno que encabeza el presidente Javier Milei presentar\u00e1 \u00aba la brevedad\u00bb un recurso de \u00abper saltum\u00bb ante la Corte Suprema, a ra\u00edz del fallo judicial de este martes que hizo lugar al pedido de Chubut para que se le restituyan fondos coparticipables suspendidos por la Naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEsta tarde me reunir\u00e9 con (el Procurador del Tesoro) Rodolfo Barra para finiquitar la presentaci\u00f3n, que ser\u00e1 a la brevedad\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 el ministro.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre la sentencia del juez federal de Rawson Hugo Ricardo Sastre, favorable a Chubut, consider\u00f3 que se trata de \u00abun disparate\u00bb y \u00abuna medida inadecuada\u00bb, mientras calific\u00f3 la actuaci\u00f3n del magistrado como \u00abuna incompetencia manifiesta\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u00abel juez se pone a legislar sobre cuestiones econ\u00f3micas ajenas al Poder Judicial\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEs un disparate y vamos a recurrir al tribunal superior con per saltum\u00bb, remarc\u00f3 y relat\u00f3 que cuando sali\u00f3 el fallo
