de abril, en el Instituto Superior Policial (ISP), ubicado en Avenida Belgrano Norte n\u00b0174, comenz\u00f3 el ciclo lectivo del a\u00f1o 2024.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone formal inicio al ciclo lectivo 2024, en el cual venimos trabajando desde el a\u00f1o pasado y con la particularidad importante de que, abrimos este ciclo en Santa Rosa y en General Pico, tanto para el nivel inicial, que incluye a cadetes de primera a\u00f1o y aspirantes de agentes, como a los de formaci\u00f3n continua, que es el personal policial que hace los cursos de ascenso\u201d, dijo a Plan B, el rector del Instituto, H\u00e9ctor Sosa.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><!-- Publi m\u00f3vil interior nota cuales 145 son aspirantes a agentes, de Nivel Inicial, 30 cadetes de Primer A\u00f1o y el resto en formaci\u00f3n continua\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone Justicia, Horacio di N\u00e1poli, destac\u00f3 la formaci\u00f3n continua del personal policial. \u201cLa particularidad es que hacemos una extensi\u00f3n \u00e1ulica en General Pico. Llegamos para quedarnos y el motivo es tratar de achicar la brecha de desarraigo de los polic\u00edas, que est\u00e9n lo m\u00e1s cerca posible de su familia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En referencia al ingreso de 145 nuevos agentes, di N\u00e1poli dijo que la necesidad de m\u00e1s efectivos se ven\u00eda viendo desde hace tiempo. \u201cLa poblaci\u00f3n crece, la conflictividad crece y hay que estar. El Gobernador lo advirti\u00f3, se lo pusimos en conocimiento y otorg\u00f3 nuevos cupos. Est\u00e1 en nosotros, a trav\u00e9s del cuerpo docente y del Instituto, en hacerles saber de qu\u00e9 se trata. Tal vez, no todos lleguen al a\u00f1o, pero el aspirante a agente el que m\u00e1s capacitaci\u00f3n tiene que tener, es el que hace el abordaje inmediato a cualquier hecho delictivo, en cualquier lugar de la provincia. Vaya si es responsabilidad, son j\u00f3venes con mucha fuerza y ganas.
