De esta manera, en julio se pagar\u00e1 3,5 por ciento y, en agosto, el 3,1 por ciento restante.<\/p>\n<p>En di\u00e1logo con NA, Diego Guti\u00e9rrez, secretario de Convenios Colectivos de UPCN, explic\u00f3: \u201cLa l\u00f3gica del acuerdo es tratar de, en este contexto dif\u00edcil y complicado, sobre todo en los \u00faltimos meses, tratar de continuar con acuerdos salariales\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa no existencia del porcentaje de junio nos obliga a ir por debajo de la inflaci\u00f3n, pero entendemos que las proyecciones que se est\u00e1n manejando para los meses siguientes estar\u00edamos m\u00e1s o menos en l\u00ednea con la inflaci\u00f3n\u201d, agreg\u00f3 Guti\u00e9rrez.<\/p>\n<p>En esa l\u00ednea, el dirigente de UPCN sostuvo: \u201cA partir de septiembre, trataremos de iniciar alg\u00fan proceso de recuperaci\u00f3n, al menos eso es lo que ambicionamos.
