Fue periodista en diversos pa\u00edses, autor de varios libros y representante diplom\u00e1tico de Paraguay ante distintas naciones\u00bb, resaltaron.<\/p>\n<p>En la Universidad Nacional de La Pampa \u00abse desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como Director General de Prensa Difusi\u00f3n y Publicaciones Universitarias y trabaj\u00f3 con convicci\u00f3n en la consolidaci\u00f3n de un proyecto editorial universitario que hoy honra su legado.
