En di\u00e1logo con Plan B, Roxana Geringer, secretaria de Acci\u00f3n Social del Centro Empleados de Comercio, record\u00f3 que \u201cla protesta es porque los trabajadores no est\u00e1n encuadrados bajo ning\u00fan convenio y sus sueldos son menores a los empleados de comercio. Cuando esto ocurra, se levantar\u00e1 la protesta\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><b>Geringer aclar\u00f3 que el gremio busca siempre llegar a un acuerdo ante los conflictos.<\/b> \u201cEsta modalidad (de no encuadrar trabajadores en convenios) no se da en otros comercios, aunque siempre hay empleados en negro.
