De esta manera, concluir\u00e1 una trayectoria de 45 a\u00f1os en el Poder Judicial provincial, de los cuales casi 14 fueron como integrante del m\u00e1ximo \u00f3rgano judicial.<br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- Publi m\u00f3vil interior nota --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 320px; height: 100px;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7250018434179914\" data-ad-slot=\"1040343543\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\nEl gobernador Sergio Ziliotto formaliz\u00f3, mediante un decreto, la aceptaci\u00f3n de la renuncia de Hugo Oscar D\u00edaz al cargo de ministro del Superior Tribunal de Justicia de La Pampa, presentada con el objetivo de acceder al beneficio de la jubilaci\u00f3n ordinaria.<\/p>\n<p>La medida tendr\u00e1 vigencia a partir del pr\u00f3ximo 1 de diciembre y se encuentra fundamentada en el art\u00edculo 6\u00b0, \u00faltimo p\u00e1rrafo, de la Ley Provincial N\u00ba 2574, Org\u00e1nica del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n<p>En el decreto, el Poder Ejecutivo Provincial expresa su reconocimiento al magistrado y le agradece \u201clos importantes servicios prestados en el ejercicio de su cargo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00edaz ingres\u00f3 al Poder Judicial de La Pampa en octubre de 1981 y asumi\u00f3 como ministro del Superior Tribunal de Justicia en marzo de 2013.
