Ahora el triunviro de la CGT, Hector Daer, plante\u00f3 que \u00abes un antecedente muy complicado para la democracia\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEstoy convencido que no se puede judicializar una decisi\u00f3n de gobierno y, m\u00e1s a\u00fan, teniendo como antecedente los dichos entre personas que ni siquiera eran funcionarios en el momento que se gener\u00f3\u201d el Memor\u00e1ndum de Entendimiento con Ir\u00e1n, dijo el secretario general del gremio de Sanidad.<\/p>\n<p>Daer plante\u00f3 que el caso \u00abtiene una connotaci\u00f3n importante\u00bb porque se involucra a un ex presidente y que \u00ablo que se est\u00e1 cuestionando es un acto de Gobierno\u00bb y opin\u00f3 que el memorandum con Ir\u00e1n\u00a0\u201cno es revisable, es un acto de gobierno, de pol\u00edtica internacional\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abMe parece que es un antecedente muy complicado para la democracia.
