La manzana del principal lugar del centro capitalino se qued\u00f3 sin alumbrado p\u00fablico justo cuando el cielo se oscurec\u00eda. El apag\u00f3n repentino fue precedido por\u00a0 horas de acciones municipales para sacar a los artesanos del lugar. En horas de la tarde el intendente Altolaguirre protagoniz\u00f3 una acalorada discusi\u00f3n con uno de los artesanos, a quien quiso convencer de que abandonaran del lugar. Se retir\u00f3 momentos antes del cacerolazo contra el ajuste sin decir nada.<\/p>\n<p>La medida que le sigui\u00f3 fue el apag\u00f3n de las luces de la plaza.
